Thomas Taft Salon stands firmly behind all of its salon services.  However, due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week of the date of service. All product sales are final.

 

Cancellations Or Rescheduling Of Appointments

Your appointments are very important to the Thomas Taft team as they are reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and respectfully request a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed electronically two days prior to your scheduled appointment by email and/or text messaging. From this confirmation, you have the option to:

  • confirm or cancel your appointment by responding to text message or email

  • reschedule/change/modify your appointment via email

  • respond back by email with any changes or issues;

  • call our front desk number which is provided in the email for customer service.

All online appointments must be held with a valid credit card at the time of booking.   Your credit card information is stored will full encryption.

Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. An appointment is considered "missed" 10 minutes after the scheduled time.
