Education
What are we if we are not learning? Our In-Salon Education Team and Salon Partners, Wella, Redken, K18, R+C0, Milbon and Bumble and bumble, offer quarterly classes to help you evolve your craft.
Monthly Coaching
We hold each other accountable for our goals. Every month you will spend one on one time with Leadership to assess your strengths, areas of growth, and make sure you are on track to be the best artist you can be.
